Located on a 178,756 sqm site, this project includes 18 villas and 10 multistory buildings with 299 guest rooms and suites spread along the coastline.

The design engages with the spectacular natural landscape of Boao, the architectural form echoes the patterns of waves, and the building materials follow the local heritage of adaptation to climatic and seasonal conditions.
